Subject: Cases in which it was Held that Different Lawyers in a law Firm Could Act for Parties with Conflicting Interests as there was an Appropriate Information Barrier

Dear all

I wonder if anyone is aware of any cases in which it was held that
different Lawyers in the same law firm Could act in the same
transaction for parties with conflicting interests as there was an
appropriate information barrier in place and the parties consented?

Many thanks

Ger
